Trademark Tooling has evolved into a business that is focusing on, but is not limited to small and large lot fabrication. Our fabrication resources, bring the ability to repair any item fast and accurately to satisfy our customer’s needs. If It is a job we are not capable of doing in house, we will find the proper contractor to fulfill the needs of our customers.
LATHE WORK
Our lathe operations include a machine that rotates a workpiece about an axis of rotation to perform various operations such as cutting, knurling, drilling, deformation, facing, and turning cylindrical objects.
MILLING OPERATIONS
Our processes include the machining of flat, curved, or irregular surfaces by feeding the workpiece against a rotating cutter containing a number of cutting edges.
TIG/MIG WELDING
We are very confident that our welding services stand out in the region, we apply MIG and TIG processes to ensure that you have the quality and strength you need on all materials including: aluminum, stainless, titanium, copper, and magnesium.
PLASMA CUTTING
We can cut any parts or design up to a 4′ x 8′ x 1.5″ sheet metal.
PRESS WORK
We have capabilities of breaking, sheering, punch pressing and, straightening a variety of materials.
PUNCHING PRESS WORK
We can sheer, cut, bend and punch a wide variety of metals in various shapes and sizes.
